CHARACTERS

For the film I want to keep the 'main cast' pretty simple with only a few characters.

2 final year students

- Theodosia and bartholomew. I gave them posh names as a big rumour (/opinion) about CSM and other art schools is that everyone is rich and posh.

I have the two characters opposite styles and personalities to contrast each other (good cop bad cop vibes)

Theodosia

- brightly dressed, happier mood

- more willing to do the guided tour, goody two shoes vibe

Bartholomew

- less compliant, spills more gossip

- dressed head to toe in black showing he's more grumpy

In general I wanted the way the dress to reflect their given personalities (it is also mentioned in the script) This was a very important aspect within the film as CSM is really known for students outfits.

For example pages like @thatssocsm on instagram and all the TikTok interviews of 'what students wear to CSM'.

I also took a lot of styling inspiration from outfits I've seen myself when in the CSM building.

Also 1 Narrator to introduce the film (strong typical deep voiced male narrator that we commonly see in documentaries) I eventually decided to use an Ai voice because with the growth of Ai in recent months more and more videos have Ai narration rather than human and it fitted well. I also decided for the voice to be American because personally I think American voices are more cringey and I want the film to be as cringe as possible.
